What to Expect in a Session

Biomagnetism is non-invasive. After going through a one-time intake consultation together you lie fully clothed on a massage table and relax while listening to music. Through kinesiology (muscle testing) I assess anything that is out of balance in the body and then place magnets in specific sequences to regulate where balance is needed. The process is relaxing and I am always very respectful and attentive to your needs. I will hold a safe space for you to be seen and heard.

Some of the positive effects clients have noticed is the relief from aches and pain, better mental clarity, better mood, improved sleep and an overall feeling of wellbeing. People are getting their lives back! ​After a session it may take some time while the body adjusts to being reset. You may or may not experience a reaction to the treatment. With certain bacteria you may have some temporary detox symptoms called a Herxheimer reaction which is caused by the release of endotoxins from dying bacteria. This would feel like having a cold for a day or two. I strive for you to not experience a Herxheimer reaction at all.

When coming for a session please wear soft comfortable clothing if possible; long sleeves, long pants/leggings, and clean socks. My office is a scent-free environment so please hold off on perfume and cologne until after your session. Thank you!
Following a biomagnetism session:

Avoid alcohol in the next 2-3 days after your session.

Drink electrolytes.

Do not drink from the same bottle/glass you used prior to the scanning without fully cleaning it first.

Replace your toothbrush or soak your toothbrush in hydrogen peroxide for at least 2 hours. Also soak any retainers, dentures, partials or any removable appliances prior to placing back into your mouth.

If using a C-PAP machine be sure to clean prior to next use.

Clean reusable contact lenses not worn during treatment.

Keep well hydrated with water (electrolytes recommended) or add lemon or lime to maintain pH.

Maintain a healthy diet. Avoid inflammatory foods and refined sugars.

Detox bath using Epsom salts is recommended.

Rest. Sleep a proper cycle from 10pm-6am nightly as best you can.
